California Safe Driver
Registration and Participation Requirements

Technical Requirements

    Each student must create and maintain one individual account. Any attempt to create more than one account will result in system lockout.
    A computer or tablet is required. Cell phones may not be used to take the class. Smartphones are permitted only for the Kahoot! component.
    A stable and reliable internet connection is required. Students must test connectivity in advance.
    Camera, microphone, and speakers must remain operational for the duration of the class.
    A valid email address and mailing address must be provided.

Attendance Requirements

    Registration opens fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled class date.
    Students must check in forty-five (45) minutes prior to the scheduled start time with valid photo ID and required workbook.
    Continuous on-camera attendance and participation are required.
    Full course completion is required to receive a Certificate of Completion.
    Certificates are mailed following completion. Please allow up to fourteen (14) days for delivery.

Refunds and Course Cancellations

    No refunds are issued for any reason.
    No refunds for late check-in, internet loss exceeding five (5) minutes, off-camera time, incomplete attendance, or rule violations.
    Courses may be cancelled due to low enrollment, weather, or unforeseen emergencies.
    If cancelled by California Safe Driver, payments may be applied to a future course date.
